Dragonfly: High Speed Microlithography Origination System

Description

Dragonfly is a state-of-the-art microlithography origination system designed to produce low-resolution Fresnel lenses and optically variable elements at high speed, especially for packaging applications. It includes Project Manager software, which is installed on separate design computers (not included). This software uses image files in standard bitmap formats (.tiff, .jpg, .png and .bmp) to create projects and display them as holograms. Each project is saved as a single .holo file, which can be processed and uploaded to Dragonfly to start the matrix exposure process.

Main Features

  • Mapping Grid Resolution: 50,800 dpi
  • Operating Wavelength: 405 nm
  • Spot size (FWHM): <2500 nm
  • Maximum Exposure Area:
    • 500×500 mm²
    • 800×800 mm²
    • 1000×1000 mm²
    • Custom sizes available
  • Intelligent Focusing System: Includes autofocus system that corrects for height differences in the substrate.
  • Origination Speed: Up to 15 cm²/hour
  • Remote Operation: Control and monitoring from any device with web browser and connection to the same network, via HTTPS secure protocols.
  • Supplied Software: Firefly Project Manager for multiple computers
  • Remote Diagnostics: Remote monitoring and fault diagnosis service (RM&FDS) via Internet for 1 year, including online consulting on the use of Project Manager and hologram design.

Origination Capabilities

The Dragonfly is ideal for the production of Fresnel lenses and low resolution optically variable elements, ensuring precision and quality in every project.
