Firefly-Neo: Advanced System for the Creation of Holographic Masters
Description
The Firefly-Neo is a state-of-the-art microlithographic origination system designed for the creation of high-quality holographic masters, capable of recording optically variable images suitable for security applications. It includes Project Manager software, which is installed on separate design computers (not included). This software uses image files in standard bitmap formats (.tiff, .jpg, .png, and .bmp) to create projects and expose them as holograms. Each project is saved as a unique .holo file, which can be processed and loaded into Firefly-Neo to start the holographic master exposure process.
Main Features
- Mapping Grid Resolution: 235,000 dpi (470,000 dpi in 2X exposure mode)
- Operating Wavelength: 405 nm
- Spot Size (FWHM): < 450 nm
- Operating Speed: Up to 3 cm²/hour (in 1X exposure mode)
- Intelligent Focus System: Includes an autofocus system that corrects height differences in the substrate.
- Maximum Exposure Size: 120x120 mm² (other sizes available upon request)
- Rugged construction: Built on granite structure for superior mechanical stability
- Hologram Design Software Provided: Firefly Project Manager for multiple computers
- Remote Operation: Control and monitoring from any device with web browser and connection to the same network, via HTTPS secure protocols.
Additional Services Included
Remote Diagnosis: Remote monitoring and failure diagnosis service (RM&FDS) through the Internet for 1 year, including online support on the use of the Project Manager and the design of holograms.
Origination Capabilities
The Firefly-Neo can produce holograms with a variety of basic and high-security optical effects. These include:
- Photo: Effect that generates a photographic replica of a supplied image, with unique depth or range of 3D depths.
- Kinematic: An effect that creates an illusion of movement by changing the angle of view.
- MultiChannel: An effect that allows you to create animations or depth effects from a series of images recorded in the same area and visible at specific viewing angles.
- Pixel Mask: Effect that allows superimposing binary micro-images on each pixel for forensic verification.
- Fresnel: Effect that allows the inclusion of images with the appearance of convex or concave lenses.
- Engraving: Effect that generates the visual sensation of an image carved on the surface.
- Hidden Image: Effects that allow hiding information in the hologram, visible only under specific illumination or with a laser reader.
- Micro-Texts and Micro-Images: Creation of images containing texts and images of very high resolution (details in the order of microns), only visible with magnifying elements.
